About this event

PUBAFRS 5620: Rapid Innovation for Public Impact is a 4-credit hour course that meets on Fridays from 12-3. In this course, students will work on real-world challenges faced by a client and work to create a solution by the end of the semester. Students will gain valuable experience they can add to their resume, grow their network, gain valuable skills that employers care about, and apply their skills. We believe in experiential opportunities over classes that are direct lecture.

Students who have taken this course, no matter their major or project selected, find that the experience and skills acquired are invaluable in future internships and in job interviews.

We are recruiting students for the Spring iteration of the course and want to help students better understand what they can get out of it, how they can be involved, and why this course is worth the time and effort.

Join us for a Zoom information session on the course. We will discuss the structure of the course, previous challenges, clients lined up for the spring, and answer questions!

Register today and receive a Zoom link for this event!
