WestFest is an opportunity to engage community members in the work we do at Ohio State. The Ohio State Battelle center is putting together a booth with activities for families to learn about innovation, science communication, and the wonders of science.
We are looking for students interested in being a part of our team to bring this programming to families. Currently, we are hoping to run a couple of three hour shifts with 3-5 students along with Battelle Center staff. If you are interested, click the registration link and tell us a little bit about yourself as well as the time frame you would be able to cover.
We are looking forward to providing the opportunity for students to practice their science communication, teaching, and interpersonal skills as we connect with the public on the importance and power of the work we do.
