Welcome to a new kind of networking event for students and professionals to connect brought to you by the Ohio State Battelle Center and the Ohio State Sustainability Institute! This event will focus on the public and non-profit sectors of sustainability and provide students with a chance to grow their networks in these areas!
This unstructured event will give students the chance to practice their networking skills while connecting with professionals who are scouting talent and possibly even interested in mentorship opportunities.
The first 30 students to register will get an information packet about the attendees for the event. This packet will include information personal to each of our professional attendees as well as information about what types of students they are looking for and what opportunities are available. This will help students target their time across the event and be able to start conversations in a more confident manner.
The goal: to build student confidence, to grow their network, and connect them with the internship and job opportunities they are hoping to find.
