About this event

Join us as we welcome Deloitte back to the Glenn College for a workshop on User Research. We’ll highlight why user research is essential to innovation, define key types of research (including generative vs. evaluative), and connect these approaches to real-world policy/program and technical problems and career paths. The session will also cover best practices across several data collection and synthesis methods, helping you understand how to translate user insights into actionable decisions.
