Rich earned an MBA from the Fisher College of Business and MS and BS degrees in Mechanical Engineering at The Ohio State University. He grew up near Cleveland and he lives in the Columbus area with his wife and their daughter, who wants to be a teacher and use a self-driving car when she grows up.
