Ohio State Battelle Center for Science, Engineering and Public Policy has a running partnership with the Military Community Advocate program on Ohio State’s campus. For the past 5 years, the center has had a student Military Community Advocate (MCA) that runs events to help military connected students feel more connected to their community and find opportunities.

DriveOhio, an initiative of the Ohio Department of Transportation and the state’s hub for smart mobility technology on the ground and in the air, had two recent challenges for students to tackle in Rapid Innovation: supporting the growth of the advanced air mobility industry and addressing equity challenges to deploying electric vehicle charging stations.
