Ethan Combs, a recent graduate of West Virginia University with a dual Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Philosophy, has embarked on the next phase of his academic journey at The Ohio State University's John Glenn College of Public Affairs. Having earned the distinction of graduating summa cum laude from WVU, Ethan's exceptional achievements extend beyond academic excellence. Recognized as a 2022-2023 Foundation Outstanding Senior, he also was elected for membership in the Phi Beta Kappa society.

Driven by a passion for public affairs, Ethan joined the Battelle Center in December 2023, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and skills. With a focus on health policy, public interest innovation, and technology, he aspires to make a meaningful impact on these critical areas. Leveraging his formal training in statistical software and proficiency in data analysis, Ethan is dedicated to advancing the Battelle Center's mission.

Fascinated by the complexity of wicked policy problems, Ethan seeks equitable solutions that address the multifaceted challenges facing society. His commitment to bridging the gap between theory and practice reflects a deep-seated desire to contribute to the field of public administration. As he embarks on his Master of Public Administration at The Ohio State University, Ethan Combs stands poised to make significant strides in the realm of public affairs, armed with a strong academic foundation and a keen interest in addressing pressing issues through innovative and data-driven approaches.
