Louise Vasher
Louise Vasher holds a Bachelors in Religion from Denison University, and a Masters in Higher Education and Student Affairs from The Ohio State University. She began her career in higher education in the foothills of Appalachian Eastern Kentucky, serving as a counselor for high school students who were the first in their family to pursue a college degree. She then entered the world of public policy, working for the Rural Policy Research Institute to support economic development initiatives in rural areas, with an emphasis on rural arts and culture. At Ohio State, Louise has worked in a variety of roles to support students. She has contributed to the development of programs designed to assist students in their transition to the university, and provided academic support to undergraduate business students. As Operations Manager, Louise provides administrative and operational support to Ohio State Battelle Center in order to keep all parts of the work of the center humming along!
