Steve

2022 Ohio Public Interest Fellow

Steven is earning his MS in Mathematics with a focus in statistics from Cleveland State University. His passion for analytics and mystery have led him to dabble in engineering, business, and physics until finally settling on the commonality of numbers.

Steven's curiosity extends beyond equations and formulas to understanding the political process and the way government can create a better life for others. He has a desire to apply the skills he has learned to make positive impacts on policy. This work brings more meaning to what he has accomplished and leaves him fulfilled. That is why he applied to be a part of the Ohio Public Interest Fellows Program.

In his spare time, Steven enjoys working out and adventurous cuisine. He also has gained more appreciation for the power of self-expression through tattoos that help feed his creative side. Steven likes to travel and revels in the cultural immersion a new passport stamp provides. As part of the Ohio Public Interest Fellowship, Steven will be working with the Ohio Human Services Data Warehouse
