FAQs:

What should I wear?

Our recommendation is DRESS CONFIDENTLY! For some people, that's a nice shirt and a clean pair of jeans. For others, it's a full suit. No matter where your confidence lies, dress in a way that makes you feel good about you and allows you to feel your best. Also note, both the Battelle Center and our guests understand you are students that are coming from a variety of activities. If the difference between you being able to attend and not is coming straight from an activity where you might not feel your best, we invite you to come!

What should I bring?

We recommend bringing a resume, just in case. If you need help putting one together, contact Ethan at rivera.154@osu.edu to setup some time to go over your resume and get some support. Otherwise, bring your appetite, curiosity, and passion!

How are these different from a career fair?

These exclusive meet and greets allow students to connect with a single employer that brings people who may work in the fields you are most interested in rather than a sea of booths filled with HR representatives. This is a great chance to make inroads in your desired industry and get a better sense of what it is like to work at an employer.
