Welcome back and Alum of Ohio State and Battelle Center, Keith Contrera. Keith works at SpaceX and will talk about his transition into his professional space, the skills that are essential to his work, what it's like to work at SpaceX, and so much more!

Keith Contrera is a lead propulsion engineer at SpaceX where he works on raptor vacuum engine nozzle extensions. He graduated from Ohio State in 2020 with his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and minor in business. During his time at Ohio State he was involved in TEDxOhioStateUniversity, the Battelle Center for Science, Engineering, and Public Policy, and the Mountaineers club. Additionally he completed internships at Moog Inc., NASA Glenn Research Center and SpaceX.
