Registration for this event has closed.

This event will facilitate dialogue between NGA SFN & academic attendees on geomatics challenges, resulting in actionable concept papers to address the challenges. Concept papers will be eligible for GEO-ESCON funding. We anticipate projects will be selected and awarded before fall semester 2023 begins. The working group allows GEO-ESCON member institution representatives to gain a deeper understanding of NGA SFN’s challenges, build relationships with NGA SFN leaders and colleagues at other institutions, and provide recommendations to GEO-ESCON & NGA SFN.

 Who should attend:

  • Representatives of US federal and state entities (agencies, national labs, etc.) and their Five Eye counterparts are invited to attend.
  • Researchers employed by institutions of higher education (GEO-ESCON member and non-member)  in the United States and Five Eye countries.
  • This event is not targeted toward students, but advanced graduate students may find benefit in attending.
  • This event is not open to industry partners.

How can I be sure if my institution is a member of GEO-ESCON? A list of member institutions can be found on our website https://battellecenter.osu.edu/programs/geoescon or email geoescon@osu.edu. If your institution has not yet begun the application process, you should encourage them to do so! Please reach out to geoescon@osu.edu with membership questions.

Please share this invitation with colleagues that may be interested in attending. Join our email list here.
